   Twisted Oak has catered several weddings that I’ve been to. Sam runs an amazing catering business and the BBQ never disappoints. The brisket he cooks is juicy and full of flavor, and there is always plenty of food to go around. I would book Twisted Oak in heartbeat for any big event or wedding. If you’re looking for awesome Texas BBQ, there really isn’t anywhere else you need to look. If you’re lucky he might even make you some BBQ in cup, which is the most savory delicious cup of food you’ll have eaten in a long time. Perfect for those late night wedding receptions.    This is BBQ at it’s best. Outstanding! That’s really all I need to say.  It’s got that Smokey flavor, doesn’t even need sauce! I’ve made BBQ. I eaten BBQ all around the states and hands down this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had!
